Sobrante Park Resident Action Council

Sobrante Park Resident Action Council meets monthly to create plans for improving health, leadership development, education and the physical environment, including economic development and transportation in this East Oakland neighborhood. SPRAC leaders work with Alameda County, City of Oakland, CalTrans, and other officials and community organizations.
